Bathroom Behavior
We have had several incidents regarding our student bathrooms lately. Students are not using our facilities in a respectful manner and our amazing custodial staff has been busy cleaning up after them and fixing plumbing issues. Please remind your students that our staff works hard to maintain a clean environment for our students and that they could use their support in helping to keep them that way! Thank you!
Wolfpack Chat: Technology and the Adolescent Brain
January 24th, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join Zoom Meeting: https://campbellusd-org.zoom.us/j/81769108832
Presented by Dawn Woods
Dawn Woods has been working with families for over 20 years as a counselor, educator, and life coach. Her specialty has been adolescents and their parents. Today, her work as a coach seeks to help parents raise their kids well in this technological landscape. To no surprise, every conversation she has with teenagers, college students, parents, and those hitting mid-life, involves a challenge related to technology. Though technology is not bad, it must be stewarded with wisdom and intentionality. Dawn looks at how an imbalance of technology impacts a child’s brain development, maturity, and mental health. What is good for development? What is harmful to development? Dawn will give you the research as well as practical steps to consider in your own home. Join us on Jan. 24th!
